Usman is a lawyer, investor and technology founder with experience investing in businesses and advising founders on how to build and grow them. He co-founded Sidebrief, helping businesses navigate registration and compliance across African markets. At Cr4fts, he draws on that investing and advisory background to work with founders on company structure, cross-border growth and the decisions that prepare a business for investment.

Winnie brings a background in sales, community building and aeronautical engineering to Cr4fts. She is Head of Sales at Signvrse and is committed to building inclusive communities through technology. She also volunteers and mentors young people through the Young Aviators Club of Africa.

Aramide brings a background in corporate law, governance, compliance and administration to Cr4fts. Her work includes helping businesses understand regulatory requirements and enter new African markets. She supports the day-to-day running of the studio, helping founders and the team keep the work organised as they build their companies.
